Nepali Congress President Deuba returning Saturday

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba would return home from Singapore on Saturday, the Nepali Congress Central Office said.

Accompanied by his wife Arzoo Rana, the former Prime Minister had flown to Singapore for a personal visit after the Cabinet was extended inducting the Nepali Congress nominees on Friday, August 26. It was said that Deuba visited Singapore for health check-up.

Deuba is scheduled to board a Thai Airways flight from Singapore to Kathmandu and land at the Tribhuvan International Airport at around 12:30 pm, according to the chief secretary of Nepali Congress Central Office, Krishna Prasad Paudel.

Deuba took part in various programmes during his six-day stay in Singapore.
