BHAKTAPUR: President of Nepal Workers and Peasants Party Narayan Man Bijukchhe said that the new cabinet would be formed within a week. Talking to mediapersons at a felicitation programme in Bhaktapur on Thursday, he underscored the need of the people’s representatives to commence development works as quickly as possible. He urged the new government to either elect the people’s representative through election or revive the old one.
