KATHMANDU: Minister for Information and Communications Sherdhan Rai on Thursday stressed the need for implementing the new constitution for the country’s economic progress. Affixing first cancellation mark on postage stamp portraying images of individuals launched by the Department of Postal Services, Minister Rai said that the government first’s priority implementation of new constitution.The department introduced new postage stamps portraying images of politicians Ganesh Man Singh and Nagendra Prasad Parajuli, poet Sidhicharan Shrestha, social worker Devi Prasad Upreti, economist Yadav Prasad Pant and martyr Sri Prasad Parajuli.
