KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Development Prakash Man Singh said on Saturday that the new constitution would be issued.  Addressing a programme organized by the Nepal Civil Servant’s Union in the capital today, DPM Singh said people will get the new constitution very soon as the political parties were holding discussions for the same. DPM Singh urged the civil servants to remain honest in service delivery. Similarly, lawmakers Yagya Bahadur Thapa and Kamala Devi Panta pointed out the need for addressing the issues of civil servants. Union Chair Subodh Kumar Devkota said civil servants should be given the right to involve themselves in politics after retirement.
