KATHMANDU: Traffic police in Lalitpur have banned motorists from parking their four-wheelers at the roadside from Jawalakhel to Patan Hospital, from today.

Inspector Sitaram Hachhethu of the Metropolitan Traffic Police Circle, Satdobato, informed that the decision was made to ease the vehicular movement in the area.

Considering the repeated obstruction in traffic, parking of the four-wheelers on both sides of the road has been banned, he added.

Meanwhile, the bikers still can park the two-wheelers on one side of the road, Hachhethu stated.
