NTB sets up 24-hour hotline to help tourists

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has set up a 24-hour hotline service at its Media Centre with an objective to respond to problems faced by tourists and tourism entrepreneurs effectively. The staff can be contacted at 4225709. The Media Centre, supported by the Crisis Response Action Unit, has been provided extra manpower. It aims to respond to queries regarding the tourism industry and to take necessary initiatives for prompt action, said NTB in a statement. It also aims to provide information or assistance as and when required. — HNS
