KATHMANDU: Police said a man was found dead while asleep on stairs of a local restaurant in Swayambhu, KMC-15 on Sunday.

Police identified the deceased as 38-year-old man Mangal Sunwar of Khadka Bhangyang-6 in Nuwakot district.

It has been leaned that that the man used to make his living by begging around the Swayambhu, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Meanwhile, police said they are looking into the case.
