KATHMANDU: A teenager died after a bus hit the motorbike he was riding on, in Suryabinayak of Bhaktapur district on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as rider Roshan Kumar Khatri (19).

The bus (Ba 3 Kha 7473) had hit the motorbike (Ba 13 Pa 4283) at around 5:45 am today.

Khatri died while undergoing treatment at Thimi-based Madhyapur Hospital, police said.

The Jagati-based Metropolitan Police Circle has impounded the bus and arrested its driver for further investigation.
