KATHMANDU:

Nepali Congress leader Arjun Narsingh KC on Thursday inaugurated the Ashma Child Rehabilitation Home in Lamatar Village of Lalitpur district. The building for the orphanage was built at a cost of Rs 2.5 million by the Rural Community Development Programme with financial and technical assistance of Aid Camp International, a UK-based aid agency.
