KATHMANDU: Pakistan's candidate for the World Health Organisation's Director General position, Dr. Sani Nishtar today paid a courtesy call on Nepal's President Bidya Devi Bhandari, at the latter's office, Sheetal Niwas, Kathmandu.

On the occasion, Dr. Nishtar, who was also a former minister and the President discussed strengthening bilateral relations of both the nations, a press statement issued from the President's Office informed today.

During the meeting, Pakistan's Ambassador to Nepal and other top governmental officials from both the nations were present.
