Pakistani envoy Javed calls on DPM Mahara

KATHMANDU: Pakistani Ambassador to Nepal Mazhar Javed called on Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Krishna Bahadur Mahara on Wednesday.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, matters related to bilateral relations and mutual interests were discussed in the meeting.

The Foreign Affairs Minister also stressed on the need of connecting both countries via air route, calling for making initiations from both sides toward that end.

Stating that Nepal and Pakistan have always shared friendly relations, he stressed the need for taking such relations to a new height.

Similarly, Pakistani Ambassador insisted on the need for doing more to further boost up mutual cooperation and bilateral ties.
