Panel formed to draft laws as per new Constitution

KATHMANDU: The government has constituted a Law Drafting Committee to draft laws related to operation of government services to implement the Constitution and make necessary arrangements for providing services to people at province and local- levels as per the transitional justice system.

The Committee formed under the chairmanship of Kashiraj Dahal, President of High-Level Administration Monitoring Committee, comprises secretaries at the ministries of law, general administration and Office of the Prime Minister and chief of Administration Reform Division as the members.

The Committee has already begun the works, said Committee Chair Dahal.
