According to oncologist Dr. Arun Shahi, the hospital will offer ribociclib and letrozole tablets at no cost to breast cancer patients, particularly those in the metastatic (fourth) stage. These drugs, widely utilized in the United States and globally recognized, are US FDA certified for their high effectiveness in the metastatic stage.
The free distribution of these drugs is exclusive to Patan Hospital. The medication course spans 21 days, and the market value of the drugs exceeds Rs 100,000, as stated.
