KATHMANDU: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav inaugurated a peace rally in Kathmandu on Friday morning.

The peace rally was organised by Madhav Bhandari Sports Academy (MBSA) for peace of the nation. It started from Dasharath Stadium, Tripureshwor and ended at Basantapur. The MBSA was established on November 15, 2009. CPN-UML leader K P Sharma Oli and Defence Minister Bidhya Devi Bhandari also attended the progamme.

Meanwhile, CA chairman Subash Chandra Nembang concluded the marathon at a function in Basantapur Durbar square today.
