KATHMANDU: National Human Rights Commission has expressed serious concern about the mysterious death of YCL activist Rajendra Phuyal and said that it had been closely monitoring the bandh activities. Issuing a press statement on Monday, NHRC informed of visiting doctors of TU Teaching Hospital involved in the post mortem of Phuyal and members of UCPN-Maoist of Kathmandu district. NHRC has also urged the government to investigate into incidents of human rights violation during the bandh.
