PK college clean-up campaign
Kathmandu, May 20:
Aided by the environment department of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City, the Padma Kanya College unit of the All Nepal National Independent Students Union-Revolutionary (ANNISU-R) removed eight truck-loads of garbage from the college premises today.
President of the Padma Kanya College unit of the ANNISU-R Menuka Baral said the KMC emptied out eight truck-loads of waste collected by students.
“Eight truck-loads of garbage will be collected tomorrow as well,” she said, adding that the ANNISU-R launched the college clean-up campaign on May 16.
