PM urged not to sign agreement against national interests
KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli urged Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal to keep Nepal’s national interests in his mind while signing any agreement with India.
Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to visit neighbouring India next week.
Chairman Oli made such request to the Prime Minister while submitting a memorandum at Singha Durbar this morning.
The standing committee meeting of the UML on Saturday had decided to urge the Prime Minister not to sign any agreement against the national interests during the India visit.
