KATHMANDU, MAY 16

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli inaugurated the Sagarmatha Sambaad - Nepal's international dialogue on climate action, sustainability, and global partnerships - at a special ceremony in Kathmandu today.

Held under the theme "Climate Change, Mountains and the Future of Humanity," the event brings together over 350 national and international delegates.

Foreign Affairs Minister and Coordinator of the Sambaad Management Committee, Dr Arzu Rana Deuba, welcomed the dignitaries earlier in the day.

Distinguished guests are currently addressing the forum, which will be followed by multiple parallel thematic sessions after the inaugural program.
