Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli visited Kirtipur Burn Hospital this afternoon to inquire about the health of Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel and Pokhara Mayor Dhanraj Acharya, who are undergoing treatment there.
Accompanied by his spouse, Radhika Shakya, PM Oli arrived at the hospital to check on DPM Poudel and Mayor Acharya, both of whom sustained injuries in a fire that broke out during a function in Pokhara on Saturday.
Meanwhile, former Prime Ministers Sher Bahadur Deuba and Madhav Kumar Nepal also visited the hospital today to inquire about the health status of DPM Poudel and Mayor Acharya.
Doctors involved in their treatment, including hospital director Dr. Kiran Kishore Nakarmi, briefed them on their condition and ongoing medical procedures.
Additionally, PM Oli inquired about the health of those injured in a recent cooking gas cylinder explosion at Shandar Momo Center in Kamalpokhari, who are also receiving treatment at the same hospital.
