PM Oli undergoes dialysis, likely to be discharged today

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is undergoing medical treatment at the Grande International Hospital, Dhapasi, is likely to be discharged from the hospital after having successful dialyses, on Thursday.

During a brief talk with media at the hospital, Ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) co-chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal informed that PM Oli’s health is now in normal state. "He would probably return home today after a short rest at the hospital", said Dahal.

Meanwhile, doctors have advised PM Oli for complete bed-rest for a few days.

Earlier, PM Oli was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday in course of regular health check-up. He had also undergone plasmapheresis at the National University Hospital in Singapore from August 22 to September 6.
