KATHMANDU: The visit of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to Uttarakhand of India has been delayed due to poor weather condition.

The Prime Minister was scheduled to board a flight at 10:45 am (NPT) from Delhi to attend a programme at the Govinda Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Pantnagar of Uttarakhand today. He was set to attend the programme at 12:00 pm (NPT).

Prime Minister Oli will also be observing the Breeder Seed Production Centre and Integrated Farming Production.

Later in the afternoon, the Prime Minister will be conferred Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science at the University.

Prime Minister Oli will be flying back to Delhi from Uttarakhand. He is scheduled to return on a Nepal Airlines Corporation flight at 6:00 pm today itself.
