PM sad over Tara Air plane disappearance

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is on a six-day state visit to India, expressed sadness over disappearance of a Tara Air plane.

The head of the govenrnment issued a directive to acting Prime Minister Bijay Kumar Gachhadar and Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Ananda Prasad Pokharel to carry out search and rescue operations immediately, Pramod Dahal, press advisor of the Prime Minister said in a statement.

The Prime Minister requested the family members of those who were travelling in the aircraft to be patient.
