KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal on Wednesday appealed to donor agencies to increase their financial aid to help the country cope with HIV/AIDS. He also ordered the finalisation of the Act relating to HIV/AIDS, which is in the preparation phase since last year, at the earliest. Addressing the second conference of National AIDS Council, he criticised the under performance of the Council saying it had not organised meeting in the past seven years .
