PM's advisors to donate 3-day salary to reconstruct Dharahara

KATHMANDU: All the advisors to the Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli as well as staff members of his secretariat announced to donate their three-day salary of the month of Chaitra to reconstruct Dharahara.

According to a press release issued by PM's press advisor Pramod Dahal, the advisors would donate the salary of three days in the month of Chaitra to an account opened to collect funds for reconstruction of the historic monument.

The government has created the account at Thapathali-based Rastriya Banijaya Bank.

Earlier, PM Oli had announced to donate his one-month salary for the reconstruction.

The earthquake on April 25, 2015 had destroyed the monument.
