Preparations for Secondary Education Exam completed
Kathmandu, March 16
The Office of the Controller of Examinations has completed preparations for Secondary Education Examination, which is beginning from March 22.
Examination Controller Ambika Prasad Regmi said question and answer sheets for the examinations had already been dispatched to the districts.
“We are also conducting orientation for superintendents to be deployed during the examinations,” he said.
According to OCE, separate sets of question papers have been prepared for regular and exempted students this year. “As the course for Secondary Education Examination was changed, we have prepared two sets of question papers for regular and exempted students,” said Regmi. However, question papers for regular and exempted students of SEE technical stream will not be different.
A total of 485,586 students, including 452,781 regular, 24,071 exempted and 8,734 under technical category,
are appearing in the SEE this year.
A total of 1,956 examination centres have been set up for SEE across the country. The examinations will be held from 8:00am to 11:00am.
