KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari and former President Ram Baran Yadav held a meeting to exchange New Year greetings, at the Sheetal Niwas in Kathmandu on Friday.

They also talked about the responsibility of the President as a guardian for the Constitution and its implementation, informed President's press advisor Madhav Sharma.
