KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Sunday has certified the Bill on Political Parties endorsed by the Legislature-Parliament on March 22.

The enactment was in accordance with the Article 113.2 of the Constitution, according to a statement issued by the President's Office.
