KATHMANDU: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav offered Tika to the members of general public at the Rashtrapati Bhawan, Sheetal Niwas, on the occasion of the Vijaya Dashami today.

The President put tika on the forehead of hundreds of people including the distinguished persons, women, former ministers, leaders and cadres of different political parties, serving and former employees of the civil and military service, wishing for happiness, prosperity and peace to the country and the countrymen.

The Office of the President had kept the gate of Sheetal Niwas open from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm today for the general public to receive Tika from the President on the day of Vijaya Dashami.
