President Ramchandra Paudel has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of India's former Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, who passed away on Thursday at the age of 92.
In a post on social media platform X, President Paudel mourned Singh's demise, describing him as a visionary leader of India.
He extended heartfelt condolences to the government and people of India, as well as to the bereaved family.
