KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 3

President Ramchandra Paudel is all set to embark on a visit to Europe starting on November 8.

The Council of Ministers, in a meeting held on Thursday, approved the President's travel schedule for Europe. President Paudel is scheduled to visit Germany and Italy after attending the 'Paris Peace Forum' in Paris, France. He will return home on November 17.

In addition, the Cabinet approved the participation of a delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka in the 'Dubai Air Show 2023' in the UAE.

The government also granted permission for Minister for Industry, Commerce, and Supply, Ramesh Rijal, to visit China to participate in the 'China International Import Fair' in Shanghai. Moreover, a delegation led by Minister of State for Education, Science, and Technology, Pramila Kumari, will travel to China to attend an event on the 'Belt and Road Initiative' scheduled from November 6 to 7.

The government also approved the visit of CIAA Chief Prem Kumar Rai, who will attend a UN event on corruption control in Atlanta, US, from December 11 to 15.
