President Ramchandra Paudel called the three top leaders - Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Leader of Opposition KP Sharma Oli and urged them work in the spirit of unity so as to strengthen the democratic system.

President Paudel also urged the top leaders of the ruling and main opposition party to make laws necessary to implement federalism, initiate reforms in the Tribhuvan University and improve governance, according to President's Press Advisor Kiran Pokharel.

The President told the top leaders of the ruling and main opposition parties to enact laws necessary to implement federalism for which they had to fight a battle and to ensure good governance so that voiceless people could get justice.
