KATHMANDU, AUGUST 13

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has urged the authorities concerned to make the operation of 'Hello Sarkar' service effective.

In a meeting with office-bearers of the Civil Servants Association at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Singha Durbar today, he emphasized that the mechanism should be made effective as it provides the public easy access to filing complaints and grievances about the government's actions.

The Prime Minister said that further discussion in detail about the mechanism will be carried with the related civil servants. The mechanism is operated according to the 'Hello Sarkar Grievance Management Guidelines, 2078'.

On the occasion, Association president, Lekhnath Niraula, submitted a memo on various matters of concern for the civil servants including the need to bring the federal civil service law into effect as soon as possible.
