KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has offered 'tika' to distinguished personalities and general public today, marking the last day of Dashain festival.

Distinguished persons and members of the general public had gathered continuously at the Prime Minister’s official residence since the day of Vijaya Dashami to receive tika.

Some 200 people including ministers, members of the House of Representatives, leaders of political parties, cadres, and the general public received tika from the Prime Minister today.

Offering tika, Prime Minister Oli wished happiness, prosperity and progress to all Nepalis. He also wished that Dashain would encourage all to materialise the idea of 'Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepalis' from their respective places.
