Prime Minister to address National Assembly today

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will address the Upper House of the Federal Parliament today.

The programme has been scheduled for 1:00pm this afternoon, the PM's Secretariat informed.

The PM has addressed many events inside and out of the capital after dissolving the House of Representatives, mostly defending his move and blaming his opposition within the ruling party.

However, this would be PM Oli's first appearance in the parliament after the dissolution.

Oli, upon facing minority within the ruling Nepal Communist Party, had dissolved the House on December 20 after months of intra-party dispute.
