KATHMANDU: Police reported that unknown thieves recently targeted a house at Kharidhoka, Changunarayan Municipality-9, of Bhaktapur district.

The thieves reportedly made off the house of Santmaya Ganeju (45) with Rs 50,000 cash and gold jewellery weighing three tola. The total haul was worth Rs 200,000.

Police are searching for the absconding thieves and investigating further into the case.
