KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 130,000 were stolen from a house at Aalapot in Kageshwari-Manahara Municipality-2 of Kathmandu on Tuesday.

According to the police, an unidentified gang broke into the unattended house belonging to a local Ramsharan Thapa and made off with gold jewellery and Rs 5,000 cash.

Meanwhile, the investigation into the case is underway, said police.
