Kathmandu: The hearing of the Parliamentary Special Hearing Committee (PSHC) of the Legislature-Parliament on the appointment of Justice Anup Raj Sharma, to the post of Chief Justice was postponed to Thursday.

According to sources, there are three complaints lodged against him.

Sharma was recommended by the Constitutional Council on Nov 30 as a senior justice in Supreme Court. Sharma will take up the responsibility after CJ MinBahadur Rayamajhi retires on December 12.
