KATHMANDU: Senior literary critic Prof Dr Basudev Tripathi launched the ‘’Hemraj’’ memorial publication authored by poet Bijaya Neupane. The compilation dedicated to the memory of Hemraj Dhakal, social worker of Harmi, Gorkha district and his contributions. Poet Bijayaraj Neupane, litterateur Devi Subedi and Mukti Neupane spoke on the compendium at the function presided by President of Hemraj Kalyankarini Sanstha Hari Prasad Dhakal.
