KATHMANDU: Nepal Students' Union (NSU) on Thursday handed over Rs 25,000 each to Bishnu Lal Maharjan of Satungal, Kathmandu and Mukesh Kayastha of Banepa for their contribution towards Jana Andolan-II.

Issuing a press statement here today, NSU said that it wanted to support the duo financially. Maharjan and Kayastha still remain in unconscious state. The NSU declared them as 'living martyrs'. The fund was collected from the Deusi Bhailo programme, the NSU said in the statement.
