KATHMANDU: The Supr-eme Court on Friday ordered the Ministry of Information and Communications to produce its decision to shut down the Communication Corner Private Limited (CCPL) to test the legality of the decision. A division bench of Justices Ram Pra-sad Shrestha and Badri Kumar Basnet also told the CCPL to produce its statute and prospectus so as to conduct a hearing on whether or not to issue a stay order against the government. — HNS
