KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader and former Minister for Information and Communications Dr Mindendra Rijal on Thursday stressed on professional and physical security of journalists.Speaking at the General Assembly of Nepal Press Union on Thursday, leader Rijal expressed concerns about continuing attacks on journalists. On a different note, Dr Rijal said the ongoing agitation in the southern plains should be resolved through dialogue. Bhimsendas Pradhan, president of Nepal Press Union, also said that the government should ensure professional and physical security of journalists.
