KATHMANDU:

The government secretaries have, on behalf of the civil servants, heartily welcomed the

historic agreement of November 6 between the seven-party alliance and the CPN-Maoist.

In a meeting held here on Monday, they expressed their determination to follow in letter and spirit the values and objectives of the historic agreement. The meeting was chaired by Chief Secretary Dr Bhoj Raj Ghimire.
