Kathmandu, April 21:

Senior leaders of the seven-party alliance this morning met injured demonstrators at different hospitals in the Valley.

According to the CPN-UML, party general secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal met the injured in the hospitals and comforted them. Acting president of the Nepali Congress (Democratic) Gopal Man Shrestha, who visited the Model Hospital in the morning, appreciated the “bravery” of those who were injured in the demonstrations and are currently undergoing treatment.

He told them that their bravery and sacrifice would not go in vain as the objective of the mass movement was “not far away.” The Nepali Congress(Democratic), in a statement, appealed to all human rights workers and organisations and the media to help make public the whereabouts of NC(D) worker Dal Bahadur Budamagar of Rolpa district, who has gone missing since the last 10 days.
