Sharma elected RPP-Nepal chief

KATHMANDU: Rabindra Nath Sharma was “unanimously” elected the chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP)-Nepal after Kamal Thapa quit the post on Friday.

Talking to The Himalayan Times, senior leader Sharma confirmed his election. “Yes, I am the party’s new chairman. I was elected unanimously,” Sharma said. Sharma said he would take charge formally on Sunday.
