KATHMANDU: Police on Thursday arrested a shopkeeper with 65 pieces of firecrackers from Kapan, Budhanilkantha Municipality-10.

According to officials, Rupesh Bhandari was caught in the act of selling firecrackers to children from Manakamana Stationary and Gift Shop.

He has been kept in the custody of Metropolitan Police Sector, Kapan, for further investigation.
