Home Ministry, as per a cabinet decision, has appointed Bhola Siwakoti as the new Chief District Officer of Kathmandu district. According to Nabin Ghimire, spokesperson for the Home Ministry, Council of Ministers on Friday also decided to appoint joint regional administrator of Pokhara Keshar Bahadur Baniya as the director general of the Department of Prison Management, which was earlier assigned to Siwakoti. The outgoing Kathmandu CDO Dhruba Sharma will return to the Home Ministry.
