KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 18

The Socialist Front is convening a meeting today to review its organizational expansion throughout the country so far and the political activities. The meeting is taking place at the CPN (Unified Socialist) office at 9.00 am.

The meeting will also hold discussions on the contemporary political situation and the international political impact as well as review the works of the government, said the Unified Socialist's Office Secretary Jeevan Ram Shrestha.

The Socialist Front comprises of the CPN (Maoist Centre), the Janata Samajwadi Party, the Unified Socialist and the Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav'. Unified Socialist Chair Madhav Kumar Nepal is the leader of the Front.
