BHAKTAPUR: Students of SOS Hermann Gmeiner School, Sanothimi, have provided financial assistance to a three-and-a-half year old child who was diagnosed with kidney disease.

Ashwin Basnet, a permanent resident of Thumpakhar-7 of Sindhupalchowk district, was donated a total of Rs 20,155 for his treatment recently.

The amount was collected from teachers and students. The fund was handed over to Ambika Basnet, mother of Ashwin.
