KATHMANDU: Ullens Education Foundation (UEF) launched International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) in the Ullens School from this month.

Ullens School is the first institution of its kind to be authorised by the Ministry of Education to administer this internationally acclaimed two years pre-university degree.

Reshu Aryal Dhungana, communication manager, UEF today told The Himalayan Times that IBDP is a two-year international Swiss degree high school course internationally certified by Switzerland-based International Baccalaureate Organization.

“Ullens Schools is now the first world IB school in Nepal. With the world recognised high school programme within the country, students no have easy access to international standard education in Nepal,” she said.

She further said that with the completion of IBDP, Nepali students could get one-year credit transfer to study in international universities throughout the world.
