KATHMANDU: The British Model College is poised to host its annual flagship event, 'The British Model College Model United Nations 8.0.'
The college has been orchestrating Model UN conferences for the past seven years, with each successive iteration amassing remarkable success.
The upcoming BMCMUN 8.0, the eighth edition of this endeavour, is scheduled for August 18 to 20.
Model United Nations (MUN) represents a widely embraced activity for individuals who aspire to delve into the operational intricacies of the United Nations. An annual engagement for numerous students globally, MUN offers a comprehensive understanding of the UN's modus operandi.
Notably, many present-day leaders within the realms of law, government, commerce and arts, including those within the UN itself, have participated in MUN activities during their formative years, said the college in a press release.
